The Project/The Land
The project entails the construction of a total of 29 villas on an area of land comprising 20.2 Rai (approx. 32,000 m²) as well as a community center with a meeting place, terrace and coffeecorner. The rear boundary of the property borders on a National Park, while the access at the front is directly from Hwy. 331.
The land is slightly undulating and the individual plot distribution has been designed to ensure permanent maximum panoramic views over the beautiful green valley which faces the land.
Each parcel size is at lnorth 600 m² and are provided with utilities, such as water, electricity, sewerage and telephone connection. All services throughout the development are underground.

Plot size among other things depends on the location within the development.
Element such as e.g. larger Plot-Size & Garaging are optional. Likewise, a private Jacuzzi or whirlpool belongs to the possibilities.
